Healthcare Compliance 

Hiring Healthcare Attorneys!

• Extensive Client contact;
• Offer advice to healthcare and ancillary service providers and your colleagues, particularly involving compliance and legal matters;
• Be the primary point of contact and responsible person for a significant group of Healthcare Clients;
•  Assist in drafting and reviewing Legal Documents to assess and ensure compliance with law.
• Develop and Conduct training programs (both in-house and for Clients);
• Engage in extensive analysis of the False Claims Act, Anti-kickback Statutes, Stark and other healthcare specific laws and other laws that affect our Clients;   
• Assist in establishing and assessing compliance standards and efforts (including developing general criteria for the evaluation of compliance programs);
• Evaluate, Investigate and/or help ensure appropriate investigation of Compliance Complaints;
• Assist Clients in response to Governmental Inquiries;
• Be aware of and utilize data to assist in early detection of potential issues;
• Identify opportunities and help to implement processes for improving internal and external efficacy;
• Work with regulators, monitors or other appointed by any governmental authority to assist in establishing and assessing an organization’s ongoing remediation efforts;
• Assist in the production of documents and legal defense of those being investigated and/or charged with violation of law;
• Assist your interdisciplinary team members and reach out to them for assistance;
• Perform legal research and stay current on new developments in healthcare and particularly the law relating thereto;
• Assist in creating strategy for defense and/or remediation of adverse DOJ, OIG, AG, DOH and/or CMS findings;
• Negotiation with regulators and governmental entities; and
• Other matters as needed.
