**About The Role:**

As a CBRE Sr Healthcare Consultant, you will oversee a variety of complex research initiatives used in the development of client deliverables.

This job is part of the Client Consulting function. They are responsible for Advisory services in relation to real estate operations and investments.

**What You'll Do:**

+ Review financial information and additional data for a range of deliverables such as market plans, process improvements, management practices, and business unit communications.

+ Study the fiscal impact of real estate transactions using net present value analysis, IRR, and company and or client-specific processes.

+ Present research on industry best practices and benchmarks to the client and develop sophisticated strategic real estate plans. Build benchmarks and critical metrics for the client's portfolio to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

+ Implement processes and define portfolio management priorities for site, area, and function planning.

+ Partner with managers of databases containing supply, demand, and cost information. Develop comprehensive management models to aid strategic consulting efforts.

+ Support the achievement of financial, operational, and other measures established for the client. Report on defined deliverables established for clients.

+ Develop building, state, and segment reports. Distribute reports for the specific account or engagement.

+ Work with cross-functional internal teams to meet the business units real estate requirements. Implement initiatives to reduce cost and maximize value for the client's portfolio.

+ Showcase expertise in own job discipline and in-depth knowledge of other job subject areas within the organization function.

+ Mentor others to develop in-depth knowledge and expertise in most or all areas within the function.

+ Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Anticipates potential objections and persuades others, often at senior levels and of divergent interest, to embrace a different point of view.

+ Impact the achievement of customer, operational, project, or service objectives across multi-discipline teams. Work is guided by functional policies which impact the design of procedures and policies.

**What You'll Need:**

To perform this job successfully, an individual will need to perform each crucial duty satisfactorily. + Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of proven experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

+ The innovative mentality to develop methods that go beyond existing solutions.

+ Ability to tackle unique problems using standard and innovative solutions having a broad impact on the business.

+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

+ Expert interpersonal skills with an advanced inquisitive approach.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidates education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Sr Healthcare Consultant is $110,000 annually and the maximum is $140,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidates skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBREs applicable benefit program.
