The primary purpose of the Sr. HR Coordinator will be to support day-to-day Human Resources functions for our corporate and legacy businesses, including supporting new employee onboarding, platform benefit administration, KPI reporting and key projects for the shared service team.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Supports new employees in onboarding to ensure all hiring expectations are completed.
Assists new team members with benefit enrollment as part of the new onboarding process.
Process all changes related to associates' personal information, employment or compensation (including terminations). Ensures all information is organized, accurate and current.
Handles monthly insurance billings and reconciliations.
Uploads employee contribution files to appropriate benefit portal and provides reporting to our finance and accounting teams.
Responds to all general incoming HR questions related to Company benefits, policies and procedures, or other programs. Also responds to questions from outside authorized persons and agencies with respect to associate data.
Maintain employee information in HCM.
Supports consolidation and roll up of monthly HR reports (headcount, turnover, etc.).
Provides administrative support for completion of annual performance review process and other company-wide HR initiatives.
Assist with data audits to ensure accuracy of information in HCM and other systems of record.
Other duties as assigned.
Education/Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in business, psychology, communications or related field or equivalent experience.
3-5 years’ experience, preferably in Human Resources
Strong experience in MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), especially Excel (vlookup, pivot tables, formulas)
Experience with HRIS and Payrollsystems, UKG and ADP preferred.
