Sr HR Generalist

We are looking for a Sr HR Generalist to join our client in La Mirada. The position is fully onsite for a month. They are looking for someone with experience managing a HR team. Ideally, this person also is experienced with federal and state laws, employee relations, updating policies, and handling onboarding. If you are interested, apply now!

Responsibilities

Day to day management of employees
Oversee employee relations
Recommend new and updated policies and procedures for the office
Handle onboarding and offboarding of employees, including New Hire Orientation
Assist with employee retention
Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws
