Job Duties



  • Operations Analyzation - Serve as both functional and technical subject matter expert of enterprise-wide HR information systems for the global team. Evaluate HR information systems to identify opportunities for improvement and influence strategic decisions. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to understand, design, develop, and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and the user experience. Drive system upgrades and new features to add business value and support organizational growth. Translate business objectives and user needs into technical requirements. Align technology with business objectives. Facilitate and lead sessions to develop business requirements and functionality enhancements.  Collaborate on projects monitoring milestones and identifying potential risks. 

  • HRIS Support - Maintain master data and selection options for HR information systems. Coach and mentor team members. Partner with others, both inside and outside HR (especially Finance, Global Business and Technology Solutions), to assure system configuration aligns with other systems. Troubleshoot user and system issues via investigation, testing, and solution support. Lead root cause analysis for issues in complex HR systems. Ability to communicate technical concepts in clear, non-technical business language. Work with Data Governance staff to ensure the accuracy of employee data via audits and training of support staff. Recommend solutions and serve as a liaison with vendors and Global Business and Technology Solutions team to resolve programming, integration, and related problems. Coordinate with global HR information systems staff. Analyze changing requirements, design develop and support third party interfaces which can be achieved using standard reporting and file transfer technologies. Assist in the testing and implementation of HR information systems updates in coordination with the Company’s Global Business and Technology Solutions team. Create and update standard operating procedures for HRIS team globally. Clearly communicate HR system changes and their business implications to stakeholders.

  • Reporting and Analytics - Develop, maintain, and support customized, complex reports, dashboards, and queries to support HR and customer needs. Assist other departments in the development of reports containing employee data.

  • Security Administration - Help define employee data and HRIS access requirements. Actively work with those who create access roles. Help maintain employee data confidentiality and monitor access audits to assist in protecting HRIS from unauthorized access. Work with the compliance and HR departments to help ensure access to HRIS data complies with legal requirements and Company policies.  


Minimum Qualifications



  • 5-7 years related experience 

  • Bachelor’s degree (Human Resources, Business, Information Technology)

    • No degree considered if 12+ years of related experience  




Preferred Qualifications



  • Experience with HR Information Systems and reporting tools.  

  • Understand HRMS database design, processes, and experience with database tools. 

  • Basic knowledge of web technology (e.g., HTML, XML, browsers, SQL). 

  • Good verbal and interpersonal communication skills. 

  • Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills.

  • Previous experience with managing and implementing projects. 

  • Previous experience working with global stakeholders.
