Sr Indirect Category Supplier Manager II - Materials Category

Implement processes to monitor customer satisfaction with key suppliers. Analyze sourcing trends and make recommendations for assigned categories. Participate in supplier segmentation and strategic goal-setting. Develop category strategies for managed categories and validate strategies with Global and Regional Category Managers/s and internal partners. Provide market intelligence and category price trends to relevant internal customers Develop a contract strategy for suppliers in assigned categories and create, negotiate, monitor and enforce contracted terms and conditions Collaborate with Customers to Deliver Strategic Solutions Develop and maintain expertise in the assigned spend categories through relationships with key stakeholders Develop and maintain collaborative partnerships to enhance cost-effectiveness, supply chain efficiency, and resilience. Over 10 years of experience in the Facilities & Construction Category A relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent exprience Proven experience in category management and strategic sourcing Experience managing multiple large-scale projects concurrently, ability to work with minimal supervision & strong project management skills Effective Communication, negotiation, and analytical skills Advanced Skills in materials cost structure and analysis Prior experience working in indirect category management at a semiconductor company Experience working with Ariba, SAP, and SCOUT
