Sr. Industrial Electrician

The Senior Industrial Electrician is responsible for maintaining, calibrating, and troubleshooting electrical and process control systems to ensure optimal plant performance. This role supports the Snyder Quarry and may assist nearby facilities as needed. Candidates must reside or be willing to relocate to the Snyder, OK area.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform electrical repairs, upgrades, and maintenance related to plant control systems and rail operations
• Troubleshoot AC/DC motor controls, drives, and high-voltage electrical systems
• Collaborate with engineering teams and outside vendors to complete capital improvement projects on time
• Identify potential system upgrades and implement improvements to increase safety, efficiency, and reliability
• Ensure compliance with all company safety policies, MSHA standards, and Guardian Angel initiatives
• Support and lead by example in maintaining a culture of safety and operational excellence

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in aggregates, mining, or similar industrial environments
• Working knowledge of conveyor belt scales, calibration, and troubleshooting
• Valid drivers license with clean driving record
• Texas maintenance or journeyman electrician license preferred
• Strong knowledge of high-voltage systems, PLCs, and industrial electrical tools
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with internal and external partners
