The Sr. Instructional Designer will help design, develop, and implement cutting-edge learning programs that build competence and confidence within The Freeman Company — with a specific focus on supporting our enterprise digital transformation initiatives. As part of the Learning & Development team, you will develop training assets spanning classroom, virtual, and self-paced digital formats, always keeping the learner and the business outcome at the center.
This role goes beyond content creation. You will partner with technology teams and business stakeholders to close skill gaps, accelerate adoption of new digital tools, and translate complex, fast-moving subject matter into engaging, measurable learning experiences. You will understand training needs, create prototypes for larger solutions, and deliver final learning products within prescribed standards of quality, timeline, and effort.
