In this role, you will take ownership of the candidate pipeline, ensuring top-tier IT talent is sourced and evaluated effectively. Accountabilities
- Source and headhunt IT talent across various channels, focusing on active and passive candidates
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates' technical skills, soft skills, and alignment with role requirements
- Manage and update the candidate pipeline in the recruitment platform provided
- Participate in weekly pipeline calls to discuss candidate progress and align on priorities
- Coordinate technical assessments and interviews between candidates and client hiring managers
- Provide timely and professional feedback to candidates at each stage of the recruitment process
- Work efficiently across multiple searches while maintaining quality standards
- Adhere to all data privacy and GDPR obligations
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of IT recruitment experience, either in-house, agency, or freelance
- Proven success in sourcing and placing technical talent in software engineering, data, infrastructure, or related fields
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to evaluate candidates' technical backgrounds effectively
- Skill in assessing soft skills and cultural fit during initial conversations
- Comfortable managing multiple searches under pressure
- Self-motivated with strong accountability
- Commercially minded with a focus on speed, quality, and volume
