The Position:

The Sr. IT Technical Analyst provides tier 1 and 2 support for devices connected to the local network. This ranges from: workstations to fax machines, credit card readers, telephone systems, and medical devices. This position also provides Tier 1 support for Security remediation: patching, vulnerabilities, and general network compliance items. The Technical Analyst will take primary direction from our Help Desk Supervisor, receive guidance from the Systems Administrator, but report to the IT Director. This position will help to update documentation and compliance strategy, and support and train end-users on workstation best practices in a clinical environment.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Responsible for providing knowledge and technical expertise in the areas of installation,
maintenance, and support of multiple operating systems, technologies and voice solutions in a clinical environment
• Responsible for conducting network troubleshooting to segregate, identify, and resolve problems.
• Responsible for responding to Help Desk Requests in a timely manner and following through to resolution.
• Responsible for helping to maintain infrastructure and network items on occasion; change requests, security, system backups and assists in
disaster recovery preparation.
• Helps assist with implementations and changes to support local and regional offices
• Helps facilitate onboarding and offboarding of identities and access
• Helps maintain IT inventory such as hardware, software, and other IT supplies
• Helps resolve tier 1 issues related to the Electronic Health Record system use and interoperability functions
• This position will also help resolve after-hours issues on occasion with potential for on-call rotation
• Some travel may be required
• Experience with cloud migrations (AzureAD, InTune, etc)
• Well-versed in SD-WAN support and implementation
• Experience in VOIP support and implementation
• Experience in Payment processing solutions
• Healthcare IT governance and regulatory requirements
• Other duties as assigned

Position Requirements
• Associates Degree in Information Technology or a related IT degree.
• 2-4yrs experience in a professional information technology role
• In depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks.
• Up to date knowledge of security and data privacy principles.
• Ability to exercise judgment in prioritizing work, responding to customer needs, and in determining when an inquiry requires higher-level involvement.
