If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.\n\nWe are currently seeking a Sr Java Engineer (Kubernetes, React \u0026 DevOps) to join our team in New York, New York (US-NY), United States (US).\n\nWe are currently seeking a Sr Java Engineer (Kubernetes, React \u0026 DevOps) to join our team in New York City, NY (On Location). \n\n\u2022 Design, develop, and operate end-to-end full-stack applications including front-end user interfaces, back-end services, and supporting infrastructure. \n\u2022 Own the complete software development lifecycle including system design, development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and production support. \n\u2022 Build and operate applications using modern GitOps-driven SDLC practices to ensure reliable and repeatable deployments. \n\u2022 Develop scalable, highly performant, and resilient distributed systems with strong focus on reliability and operational efficiency. \n\u2022 Participate in production operations including monitoring, incident resolution, root cause analysis, and system optimization following \u201cyou build it, you run it\u201d principles. \n\u2022 Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate functional requirements into robust technical solutions. \n\u2022 Develop responsive and component-based user interfaces using modern front-end technologies and frameworks. \n\u2022 Design and implement secure and scalable APIs and backend services using REST/JSON standards. \n\u2022 Ensure backward compatibility, version control, and maintainability in API design and service development. \n\u2022 Solid in DevOps with hands on knowledge in CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins and related toolset \n\u2022 Work with Kubernetes-based environments to deploy, scale, and manage containerized applications. \n\u2022 Develop automated workflows and scripts to streamline repeatable development, deployment, and operational tasks. \n\u2022 Conduct testing including UI testing, component testing, and integration testing to ensure application stability and performance.\n\nQualifications \n\u2022 7+ years of experience in software development, with strong focus on full-stack \u0026 Java-based backend application development. \n\u2022 7+ years of experience with front-end applications using React. \n\u2022 7+ years of experience with Kubernetes-based containerized environments including deployment, scaling, and operational management. \n\nAbout NTT DATA\n\nNTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
