The Role
This role will be responsible for a large Network inventory management program. As a part of this role the incumbent will be responsible for keeping track of every IT asset that makes up the network flow in an organization. It provides quick access and tracks down both hardware and software assets for better use and manageability. Responsible for assisting the optimization for process improvement in support of a specific business domain or value stream in alignment with enterprise programs objectives and end-to-end process architecture. Supports Process Architects in the completion of problem analysis, solution design and development, solution implementation planning and execution, training, logistical and infrastructural assistance, standardization, and measurement. Supports both enterprise and domain-initiated programs. Serves as an expert in process design and functional subject matter expert informing decision making on domain specific and cross-functional efforts.
The Main Responsibilities
• Lead the implementation of the Enterprise Inventory systems for Lumen Technologies
• Involved in the full systems development lifecycle and is responsible for creation and maintenance of project lifecycle documents/deliverables (vision document, supplemental specifications, testing plan, testing schedule, testing scenarios, testing outcomes, approvals, and training materials), as required for the program
• Provide assistance and/or lead application development project deliverables, based on stakeholder business requirements
• Manage job and project requirements so that projects are completed on time, in scope, within budget, with minimal defects..
• Provide required business and/or technical support for both project and production related activities.
• Assure compliance to required standards and all necessary approvals have been obtained throughout the project lifecycle.
• Interfaces with the business areas, customers, partners, vendors, technical staff and project teams to drive value, return on investments and innovative solutions. This includes providing alternative solutions, including vendor solution acquisitions, with maximum benefits while reducing cost (e.g. cost benefit analysis, pros/cons of solutions).
• Accountable for all aspects of testing (e.g. testing plan, scenarios, documentation, defect management) to ensure minimal production and UAT defects are realized
• Will interface closely with the business and technical staff on the team during all phases of the project, including unit and system testing, integration and UAT testing culminating with implementation checkout and post implementation support
• Coordinate and drive the delivery across IT and Business partners in a multi-system environment through the SDLC – requirements, architecture, design, development, testing, deployment, and support
• Review, document and publish the Architecture, interfaces, and design documents based on sessions with IT and Business partners and existing artifacts
• Translate business requirements to software specification and requirements.
• Track and manage IT KPIs and OKRs; leverage the larger delivery ecosystem to drive target achievement
• Generate reports and metrics for IT and business reviews, preparing updates for executive leadership
• Work closely with senior management, analyzing long-term business goals and suggesting ways the organization might achieve these goals with technology
• Influence, negotiate, build consensus, and align with peer engineering, product, business teams and vendor partners on solutioning and implementation
• Provide industry knowledge, experience, and best practices to help the team stay ahead of the curve in keeping our technology stack cutting edge
What We Look For in a Candidate
• Experience with system integration support is required
• Experience utilizing JIRA for feature creation, dashboard management, etc…
• Experience solving business problems that involve systems and process changes
• Experience sourcing, analyzing and using data to solve problems
• Customer experience mindset and ideally experience interfacing directly with internal business partners
• Experience with any of the following systems is a plus: PRO, ASRI, TIRKS, LIMS
Compensation
The starting salary for this role differs based on the employee's primary work location. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on each individual's qualifications.

$94,420 - $157,370 in these states: AR ID KY LA ME MS NE SC SD
$99,390 - $165,640 in these states: AL AZ FL GA IA IN KS MO MT ND NM OH OK PA TN UT VT WI WV WY
$104,360 - $173,930 in these states: CO HI MI MN NC NH NV OR RI
$109,330 - $182,220 in these states: AK CA CT DC DE IL MA MD NJ NY TX VA WA
As with the pay range variety that's based on the region of a country, specific offers are determined by various factors such as experience, education, skills, certifications and other business needs.
