Sr. Maintenance Manager

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations for our 24/7 food manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for driving equipment reliability, ensuring compliance with aseptic processing standards, and leading Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a multi-shift maintenance team in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.
• Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards, including aseptic requirements.
• Drive TPM initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
• Manage budgets, resources, and maintenance KPIs.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years’ maintenance leadership in a 24/7 food/beverage manufacturing environment.
• Strong aseptic processing knowledge.
• Proven TPM implementation experience.
• Strong mechanical/electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
