Visa U.S.A. Inc., a Visa Inc. company, needs a Sr. Manager (multiple openings) in San Francisco, CA to:

• Manage global deal and money movement deal activities within deal portfolio. Coordinate deal activities across regional Visa teams, supporting all related deal processes (i.e., early stage brainstorm structure, financials, contracting, negotiations, etc.)
• Develop financial models, controls and deal approval templates that drive deal volume, record deal committee decisions and support client presentation, negotiation and contracting.
• Contribute to efficient, effective, streamlined infrastructure and processes for managing global deals across regional account teams, finance, client incentives, legal, CCM, Rules, interchange, etc.
• Improve outcomes by applying best practices, and contribute to creative deal structuring.
• Work in partnership with pricing, strategy and legal teams in region to provide insights about financial performances, identify opportunities to improve deal outcomes and improve sales velocity.
• Prepare, analyze, and verify financial documents in order to provide information to clients.
• Contribute to best practices around commercial structures, legal terms and other deal assets (e.g. client proposals and pitch materials) that can be leveraged for future deals, including providing advisory support to sales teams.
• Develop reporting, comparable charts, and other financial KPIs that track deal approval and deal performance with Finance and Controllership.
• Position reports to the San Francisco, CA office and may allow for partial telecommuting.
• Domestic and international travel requires 10% of the time.
• Position may have 1-2 direct reports who are Analysts.

Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business, Management, Finance or closely related field, followed by 6 years of progressively responsible, post-baccalaureate experience in finance or accounting - related occupation. Alternatively, employer will accept a Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business, Management, Finance or closely related field, and 4years of experience in a finance or accounting - related occupation.

Experience with each of the following required:

• Financial analysis and reporting;
• Financial modeling;
• Providing valuation support;
• Examining and preparing financial documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with laws and regulations;
• Reviewing accounting and financial information to guide business decision making; and
• Negotiation skills.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is $180,700.00 USD to $289,200.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
