The Senior Manager of Clinical Education is a driving force in the Clinical Education and Training department on the Clinical Enterprise Team. This role leads core training program development for a specific modality or focus area for the Village as well as oversees the daily operations and delivery of their programs across the Village.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

-Oversees the management of faculty educators delivering education program content including creating and maintaining faculty schedules
-Drives the process, creativity & innovation of the clinical content specific to select training program(s)
-Creates, implements, communicates, and oversees education program projects and timelines including learning management system content and teammate-facing education materials. Works with content experts to review and/or edit material.
-Collaborates with other teams, resources, and stakeholders (internal and external) to develop, coordinate, and execute strategic education program delivery through a variety of content formats to effectively partner with various departments/teams.
-Summarizes progress of project activities to ensure on-time and in-budget completion of projects and initiatives
-Creation and maintenance of strategic internal relationships and communication to help drive program growth
-Provides strategic planning, development, and coordination of education program initiatives to drive team and program growth.
-Creates requested analyses, reports, and presentations
-Other duties as assigned
Requirements:

5 years of experience in dialysis
4 years in s corporate setting
Dialysis RN is (preferred)
Bachelor required or relevant work experience
Proficient - advanced in Microsoft Office - Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook

Salary/ Wage Range
$75,200.00-$110,400.00 / year Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
