Job Summary
The Sr. Manager, Key Account Project Execution will be responsible for the strategic oversight and management of Urban Grid's key client relationships. This role will involve developing and executing account strategies to drive revenue growth, enhance client satisfaction, and ensure the successful delivery of renewable energy projects. The Sr. Manager, will build and lead a team dedicated to managing strategic accounts and will work closely with internal stakeholders to align our services with client needs. This position emphasizes contract administration throughout the lifecycle from signing the Power Purchase Agreement (PPA), through financing, and until handoff to asset management once the asset in the PPA is operational. The role requires a balance of customer-centric focus and project execution to meet the needs of our customers.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience (10+ years) in account management, sales, or a related role within the renewable energy sector or a similar industry.
Demonstrated ability to build and lead a successful team.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with solar projects in the PJM, MISO, and SERC regions is required.
Experience with renewable energy projects and familiarity with solar energy technologies.
Knowledge of regulatory and market dynamics in the renewable energy sector.
Experience in project management and operational process improvement.
Technical knowledge of project development processes, including site selection, permitting, and interconnection.
Location: Houston Office preferred, or Hybrid working may be acceptable for this role and will be looked at on a case by case basis. Position may require periodic travel for team meetings, events or determined on an as needed basis.
