As the Sr Manager, Marketing Strategy for Experience Marketing at Walt Disney World, you will build and lead marketing strategies that connect and strengthen the end-to-end customer experience including strategic branding efforts, digital product marketing, and experience enhancing products.

This position will report to the Director of Marketing Strategy.

You Will

Own the Simplify Communications Work Stream for Customer Experience which includes strategic branding efforts, language simplifications, and development of end-to-end vacation communicationsDevelop and lead marketing strategies to launch digital productsKey stakeholder and critical voice in the advancement of Customer Experience strategies and effortsCollaborate with Pricing, Digital, Customer Experience, Operations, Public Affairs, Sales, and Marketing Center of ExcellenceLead and develop a team of direct reportsMaintain subject matter expertise on audience and industryAssess performance, needs, and opportunities to inform approachCultivate an environment of creativity, innovation, and activation

You Will Have

7+ years in a marketing strategy setting5+ years with direct leadership experienceExperience developing marketing strategies and plans rooted in consumer insights and dataBuild collaborative relationshipsStrong Influencing SkillsSolutions OrientationExperience interfacing and presenting to executivesUnderstanding of content creationCommercial sensibilityProject management experience / management of complex rollouts

Preferred Qualifications

Previous work experience in Marketing/Commercial Strategy, Digital, Sales, Pricing and other business leadership rolesExperience with Product Innovation

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalentMaster's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent preferred
