Job Description - Sr Manager Mechanical Design Engineering
Experience in Design for Manufacturing (DFM), Lean Manufacturing, Design of Experiments (DOE), technology transfer process, failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA) and problem-solving techniques Strategic Planning: Is proactive, forward-looking and can anticipate trends. Has vision and can create competitive and breakthrough strategies and plans. Has a can-do attitude and the desire to go above and beyond. Typically requires a Bachelors degree with 13+ years of industry experience. 5-8 years of previous people management experience. Ensure projects are executed with precision to meet the highest quality standards Develop connections and relationships with other departments, from marketing to operations to create cohesive business strategy.
