Bachelor's Degree in a related field Demonstrated knowledge of employment law. Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, demanding environment and manage continuously changing volumes of work Comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization including senior executives Must be a self-starter and someone who can think outside the box and not afraid to challenge the norm Comfortable making difficult decisions and articulating the rationale behind the decision Outstanding interpersonal skills and a high level of ethics and integrity mindset. Experience leading investigations of alleged improper conduct. Exceptional written and verbal communication, organizational skills and attention to detail. Handles sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintains confidentiality High level of EQ, compassion and the ability to remove (unconscious) biases throughout the investigation. Technically proficient in MS Word, Excel, Access, & PowerPoint and case tracking systems (i.e., Navex and other similar databases) Demonstrates empathy and experience driving inclusion work
