Sr Manager, Process Engineering

What You’ll Do:
- Build and lead the Process Engineering team
- Establish enterprise manufacturing standards
- Develop and execute a 3-year process roadmap
- Lead capital evaluation and deployment
- Deliver improvements in OEE, scrap, vibration performance, and lead time
- Align ERP (Epicor) workflows with plant execution

What We’re Looking For:
- 10+ years manufacturing/process engineering experience
- 5+ years leadership experience
- Multi-site capital deployment expertise
- Strong financial and operational acumen

As a Process Engineer you will be offered pay of $110,000-145,000 dependent on experience.  You will also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus tied to overall performance of the organization.
