This Sr. Manager will be responsible for the management of ERP sustainment and improvement activities, covering planning, quality, MRO, procurement, and supply chain functions. Individual will lead a team of business process owners who own an end-to-end process across their functional silos, geographic and business unit boundaries. This leader will coordinate all functions with overall business strategy and be the End-to-End Process leader for operations and supply chain.
Responsibilities include: collaborating with cross-functional teams, designing and delivering innovative solutions to align with L3Harris business objectives, ensuring system stability and performance for production systems, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is US$139,500.00 MIN - US$259,000.00 MAX. The salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, Cleveland Ohio, and Vermont is US$121,500.00 MIN - US$225,000.00 MAX. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
