Essential Functions & Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the AD OT Obsolescence, the Senior Project Manager has overall responsibility for all aspects of major capital projects typically ranging from $100K to $5M. S/he will partner with business leadership, internal teams, and external partners to drive projects through the entire project lifecycle to safely and efficiently deliver projects on plan.
Responsible for the Centralized North American OT strategic capital investment proposals to drive awareness and understanding of the value those investments and implication if they are not made. Delivered value will range from a YoY cost reduction, improved service reliability and/or improved systems security.
Strategic Direction:
Lead the review, development and implementation of an OT Strategy leveraging intelligent transport, IoT and contemporary OT technologies to achieve company goals and industry leadership.
Documented OT Strategy and Roadmap that supports business continuity & security goals and delivers innovative, secure & reliable solutions.
Assist in compiling & prioritizing security mitigation needs identified in NA through ClarOTy.
Lead conduit between IT and OT Engineering architecture in areas assigned responsibility, including the security strategy as it pertains to Digital Technology and IT OT data systems interfacing for those areas.
Assist in developing & socializing the Digital Manufacturing Strategies, Architectures and Roadmap for the OT Environment in the North American Manufacturing plants.
Responsible for the OT Network Security, architecture specifications, security policies and compliance for the North American Manufacturing Sites within assigned areas.
Work directly with the Global Center of Excellence and Zone Engineering Teams to review projects for compliance to these specifications.
Develop and Execute Strategies for Monitoring/Administration/Security of OT Infrastructure assets including Servers, Workstations, Switches, PLC’s, HMIs, and other Machine Control Edge Devices.
Support the creation and deployment of hardware & software lifecycle strategies for all OT infrastructure assets under assigned responsibility and work with the North American plants to rationalize this strategy through timely capital execution.
Work seamlessly as the North American OT Strategy Lead with the mix of Information Technology (IT), Safety, Quality, Environmental and Manufacturing teams to ensure synergy and alignment with systems and company performance metrics.
Develop, Manage and Maintain Critical OT centralized maintenance policies such as OT Asset Backup, Disaster Recovery, OS/Antivirus Patch Management, Software Version Control and Network Security including firewall rule standardization.

Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from an accredited engineering school or related field is highly preferred.
10+ Years of manufacturing experience including 5+ years in the OT environment.
Previous Engineering and or Maintenance Manager experience highly preferred.
Able to work well both independently as well as with cross-functional teams from many levels of the organization and with strategic vendors from outside the organization
Able to translate information to both the technical and functional communities
Able to manage a budget and deliver goals against the budget while working to provide year-after-year efficiencies while working to establish the OT standards across the North American Manufacturing locations.
Solid understanding of computer programming and software development.
Advanced level abilities in programming high-volume industrial equipment:
PLCs (Siemens, Rockwell / Allen Bradley, Beckhoff, etc.)
Safety PLCs and HMI programming
Field bus Networks (AB DeviceNet, Ethernet IP, Safety rated field bus networks) and Serial communication (RS-232), including Ethernet communications between machine PLCs and databases
Solid experience designing and maintaining PLC code structure. Program state machines for complex processes which involve multi-station parallel processing, pick and place automation, data acquisition, and PID control. Proven ability to design fault-tolerant systems with error handling and recovery
Selection of appropriate circuit protectors, wire and cable, sensors, safety hardware, PLC hardware, remote I/O, VFD and servo systems
Experience with various production machinery, cameras, sensors, and other equipment
Ability to troubleshoot equipment problems and perform complex system tests.
Creative thinking skills.
Detail-oriented personality.
Availability for travelling.
Prefer candidates with hands on experience in manufacturing automation
Fluent in English with French/Spanish consideration
Work Environment & Schedule
This position is considered a Field based environment; role requires frequent travel to customer locations, stores, manufacturing facilities, etc. Additionally, travel will be up to 50% of the time.

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$120,800.00 - $151,000.00Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
