Sr. Manufacturing Engineering Manager

Manage the Manufacturing Engineering function in line with functional specific strategies, process and systems development, people development, employee relations, plant level metrics. Manage and coordinate capital asset forecasts and equipment, including upgrade and replacement plans for production equipment and facilities systems. Develop and implement major improvement programs in areas of quality, output, yield, and cost reduction. Coordinate the implementation of Engineering metrics and standardization in line with SOPs, WIs, and SFTs. Education/Experience Qualifications: A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's degree is preferred. Seven (7) years of related experience is required; Ten (10) years of related experience is preferred. Proven leadership skills and management experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered. N/A N/A N/A
