Develops, defines and executes project plans, schedules, and deliverables. Drive application-specific etch product strategy Technical management of new business opportunities Lead etch solution development with engineering team, account team and customer to include preparation, alignment and management of projects Thorough understanding of various etch applications Understanding of specialty technology (Photonics, CIS, Power, Analog, RF, MEMs, emerging memory) Understanding of etch processes and hardware-process interactions Excellent communication and organizational skills Strategic thinking Conversant in customer integration challenges Collaborative spirit in working with cross functional teams > 8 year experience in etch processes and products for semiconductor manufacturing Ph.D., MS or Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Material Science/Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mechanical Engineering
