What youll be doing:
As a Sr, Microsoft.Net Engineer you will be responsible for end-to-end application delivery including design, deployment, monitoring, performance, scalability, availability, and support of backend systems.
Lead the development team, mentor, and guide junior team members.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and other engineering teams to align technology solutions with business objectives.
Develop high-level design and initial estimates for upcoming initiatives.
Conduct feasibility analysis for upcoming initiatives and providing insights into technical viability and potential challenges.
Re-engineer and develop micro services based on modern cloud stack that powers order management, merch, inventory, and supply chain flows.
Develop and document current and target state architecture diagrams and mappings.
Identify automation and efficiency improvement opportunities within current backend processes.
Analyze defects from production/solutions to avoid recurrence of similar defects.
Adopt and apply industry technology best practices.
Actively participate in Agile Scrum team activities including Sprint Planning and Scrum Daily standups.
What you bring to the table:
Experience with containers (Dockers, Kubernetes).
Experience with Cloud computing, Azure Functions & Messaging Services, API Management.
Experience in large scale software development and enterprise software solutions.
Strong multi-tasking capabilities and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills and leadership skills, ability to lead, mentor
Ability to keep up to date with new technologies to understand what should be incorporated.
Whats needed- Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in related field or equivalent work experience
10+ years of experience with object-oriented application development in a Microsoft .NET environment.
10+ years of experience with SQL Server and NoSql databases.
5+ years of experience with web technologies.
5+ years of experience with migration to microservices / APIs.
