We are currently seeking a highly motivated Design Manager III located in Los Angeles, CA.
Overview:
The Design Manager enforces procedures for architectural and engineering review ac vi es to ensure they are done according to best practices and standards identified in the Contract. The Design Manager shall oversee design support management, scope of work management, design review and approval, permitting, agency coordination support, and building information modelling (BIM) coordination. The Design Manager supports the Project Manager in providing oversight of the architectural, structural, mechanical electrical plumbing (MEP), civil, u li es, and IT disciplines per LAWA standards.

In order to become a candidate, you must possess the following skills and abilities:
Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Engineering o Professional Licenses & Certifications: "Licensed Engineer (preferably by CA Board of Engineers) is required. For structural engineers, SE is preferred. For geotechnical engineers GE is preferred. Optional Certifications may include AAAE, LEED, PMP, etc., and/or any other relevant Professional Licensure or Certification" o Minimum Years and Experience: 10 years or more experience, preferably on airport projects
