Interface effectively with Engineering, Program Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Mission Assurance to align project goals and drive execution. Utilize Root Cause Analysis and data processing techniques to identify issues and implement functional testing for performance improvement and risk mitigation. Thrive in a fast-paced setting with high expectations, managing diverse tasks and fostering collaborative teamwork. Develop and execute comprehensive project budgets and schedules, ensuring efficient resource allocation and adherence to timelines. Partner with suppliers to articulate project requirements clearly and ensure alignment with production needs. Regularly update internal leadership on project status, challenges, and progress to maintain transparency and support decision-making. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Cost account management responsibility for project scope Principal IPT Lead: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field with a minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience; or a Master's degree in the same fields with at least 6 years of applicable experience. An additional 4 years of experience is acceptable in lieu of degree. Must be a U.S. Citizen and hold an active DoD Secret Clearance. Possess a basic understanding of the Design, Manufacturing, and Test process. Demonstrated knowledge of the Design, Manufacturing, and Test processes, with the ability to apply this understanding effectively in project environments. 1-year minimum as an Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead or equivalent where responsibilities included: project planning, cost & schedule management including tracking, team tasking / leadership, and status reporting. 1-year minimum working experience with knowledge of Global Supply Chain and Manufacturing Material Processing Experience with production follow, troubleshooting, and factory follow/improvements. Experience using Root Cause Analysis and data processing techniques to identify issues and implement functional testing for performance improvement and risk mitigation. CAM certified or able to take CAM course and pass 100-question test. Master's or Doctorate degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field. Demonstrated team leadership in one or more of the following domains: Project Planning and Execution Cost and Schedule Management, including monitoring and reporting Manufacturing Support and Oversight Vendor Relationship Management Engineering Design and Development Proficiency in RF (Radio Frequency) systems and applications. Experience with MATLAB for data analysis, simulation, and problem-solving. Possess basic understanding of OPM processes and/or experience working OPMs
