As OCI continues to expand its data center footprint, power capacity, network infrastructure, and next-generation compute capabilities, sophisticated capital allocation and financing strategy are increasingly important to how the business grows.
Role OverviewThis role focuses on capital investment strategy for OCI. The role will help shape how OCI evaluates, funds, and scales its global infrastructure footprint. You will work closely with Finance, Treasury, Tax, Accounting, Legal, Capacity Sourcing, and other cross-functional partners to support major infrastructure investment decisions and financing strategies.
This is a highly strategic role for someone who brings strong commercial judgment, deep financial analysis skills, and experience working on large-scale infrastructure, capital allocation, or financing transactions.
Support OCI’s capital investment strategy across global data center, power, and infrastructure expansion initiatives.
Evaluate financing and investment structures, including debt, equity, joint ventures, strategic partnerships, and other capital solutions.
Partner with Finance, Tax, Accounting, Legal, Treasury, and business teams to evaluate and execute complex investment decisions.
Engage with data center developers, equity partners, lenders, and other external stakeholders to evaluate opportunities and support strategic transactions.
Prepare executive-level materials, business cases, and recommendations for senior leadership.
Analyze market trends affecting digital infrastructure, data center investment, power availability, financing markets, and cost of capital.
Support diligence and decision-making for strategic partnerships, acquisitions, and large-scale infrastructure investments.
Help identify opportunities to improve capital efficiency while supporting OCI’s growth objectives.
8+ years of experience in private equity, infrastructure investing, investment banking, project finance, capital markets, corporate finance, or strategic finance.
Experience evaluating, structuring, or financing large-scale infrastructure investments.
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
Experience working across cross-functional stakeholder groups on complex transactions or investment decisions.
Ability to communicate clearly and credibly with senior executives.
Experience in digital infrastructure, data centers, hyperscale cloud, power and utilities, telecommunications, or adjacent sectors strongly preferred.
MBA, CFA, or equivalent experience preferred.
