Sr. Process Improvement Specialist

Process Improvement Specialist - GVI Essentials Bachelor's degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field 3-5 years of experience contributing to business process improvement initiatives using Lean, DMAIC or similar methodologies Experience supporting cross-functional projects, including involvement in change management and workshop facilitation Ability to support change initiatives and build alignment across teams Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach Effective communication and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate across cultures and engage stakeholders at various levels Ability to travel up to 10%, including internationally Exposure to working with senior or executive stakeholders Financial acumen, with ability to connect process improvements to business outcomes
