Sr. Product Manager

Job Duties: Drive the development and execution of product strategies that enhance the checkout experience for millions of users worldwide. Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and user-centric payment solutions that meet the evolving needs of customers and merchants. Collaborate and tactically work with senior leaders that are stakeholders on projects and can quickly build consensus. Work closely with engineering, design, and UX teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features. Analyze competitive landscape and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation. (1) Experience leading product development initiatives from conception to launch, with a focus on improving user experience across web, iOS, and Android applications (2 years) (2) Experience scaling user-facing features for mobile payment apps within the fintech industry (1 year) (3) Experience building features to improve checkout experience and metrics (2 years) (4) Experience defining API and platform requirements (2 years) (5) Experience defining KPIs and running A/B tests (3 years) (6) Experience developing feature delivery roadmaps (3 years) (7) Experience performing statistical analysis with SQL (2 years) (8) Experience building product specs documentation (3 years) (9) Experience delivering market research and product strategy (1 year) (10) Experience with SCRUM agile project management framework (2 years) EOE, including disability/vets. The base pay for this role will depend on where you work and the relevant experience and expertise you bring.
