Sr. Product Manager - AI Platform

Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of AI platforms and products data quality Develop and expand key AI products like match score, skills engine, AI interviewing which are core to EF offerings Monitor key data metrics with help of annotators and analyst team. Identify opportunities to improve data coverage and quality Improving product features through customer feedback sessions and sales feedback Work with partners / service providers to take feedback on data quality and align product direction accordingly Partner with engineering to develop and launch new features Identify and implement opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the products Represent the data quality and AI team at company-wide meetings, events and to customers Develop and implement strategies to enhance the quality of AI \u0026 data Bachelor\u0027s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; MBA is a plus 5+ years of experience in management consulting with a focus on AI, data, platform, or digital transformation, or 5+ years leading the development and scaling of AI-powered products. Proven analytical and data science skills, ideally with prior engineering experience Experience working with or alongside engineering, data science, or analytics teams Familiarity with AI governance, compliance, fairness, or risk management frameworks is a strong plus.
