We are a digital health company founded & run by cancer patients, survivors, caregivers, and oncologists. Our team has over 50+ years of healthcare experience. We come from McKinsey, Stanford, MIT, ASCO, amongst others. We are funded by top-tier venture funds such as Pear Ventures, Sozo Ventures, and 1843 Capital, and are generating revenue from life-science partners.

As a Sr. Product Manager at Manta Cares, you will get to:
Be the first hire on the Manta Cares product team! Have undue influence on a high-impact product that will change people's lives.
Take a product from MVP to MLP and through launch.
Set up product processes to improve both map creation and engineering execution.
Partner day to day to draft PRDs, stories, design features, prioritize the roadmap, and partner with engineering on sprint planning.

Specifically, you will get to:
Partner closely with engineering + design (remote teams)
Launch the digital product in partnership with Marketing & Commercial
Launch the enterprise product in partnership with Marketing & Commercial

In a year, you could

grow into becoming the Head of Product.

An ideal candidate would have:
At least 5 years of experience (end-to-end PM experience)
Experience building a consumer + enterprise digital product
Experience working with healthcare & clinical data, and know how to leverage it in developing new features
Know how to partner with Engineering
Great eye for design and know how to work with designers of different disciplines (cartography, visual design, game design etc).
Healthcare experience is a must-have (preference for life-sciences experience)
