Sr. Product Manager - Pricing , US Consumables

Amazon is seeking a highly experienced and customer -focused Senior Pricing Product Manager (PM) to join the Consumables Pricing Team. In this role, you will lead strategic pricing initiatives aimed at improving price perception and driving new operational capabilities and revenue streams for Amazon's Consumables Everyday Essential businesses, including Grocery, Health and Personal Care, Beauty, Pet, and Baby. As a Senior Pricing PM, you will collaborate with various teams to gather and analyze data, identify pricing opportunities, and develop innovative solutions to enhance the customer experience. Your responsibilities will include setting customer experience aspirations, creating product roadmaps and business requirements, working with cross -functional teams to launch new products and features, and serving as the central subject matter expert on pricing strategy for the Consumables organization. The role requires a passion for innovation, strong analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast -paced and entrepreneurial environment. While this is a non -technical role focused on strategy, it offers a high level of impact and visibility within Amazon. The successful candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of product or program management experience, a bachelor's degree or equivalent, and a track record of influencing senior leadership through data -driven insights. An MBA and experience in developing and executing a strong product vision are preferred qualifications. The position offers a competitive compensation package with a base pay ranging from $110,700/year to $206,000/year, depending on location, as well as the potential for additional compensation components, benefits, and equity.
