Sr Product Manager - UM/CM/Rx - Remote ($135K)

This Sr. Product Manager will support customer implementation of our Utilization Management and Pharmacy product suite, to ensure customer satisfaction and serve as a key interface and liaison for our client base. The ideal candidate will have Utilization Management or Pharmacy/PBM product management experience with exemplary customer service skills, capable of de-escalating and proactively responding as client issues arise. The role is a senior level product manager with significant client product support duties.

Support client implementation of UM/CM and/or Pharmacy/PBM software solutions
Maintain and update Pharmacy Product training materials before and after each release
Proactively elicit customer’s detailed functional and system requirements and manage implementation of those requirements throughout the course of the project(s).
Support clients after implementations, helping with new features, demand resolution
Troubleshoot application issues within client environments using Pharmacy business processes and regulations.
Participate in customer meetings, understanding detailed customer requirements and working to establish and meet customer expectations
Develop an expertise in our solution suite, supporting PBM and Pharmacy product customers
Collaborate with Product Owners, Product Managers, and development teams on Product initiatives

Requirements:
5 years as Product Manager with recent Utilization Management, Care Management or Pharmacy/PBM product experience
Strong Client support initiative and experience, capable of client diplomacy and strong ability to de-escalate
Experience working in or supporting health plans or healthcare software organizations
Experience with product workflows, product design, UI/UX, mockups, etc
Experience with JIRA and Product design tools
Clinical workflow, clinical experience would be a big PLUS
Position may require travel once per quarter to our Florida office (2-3 days)
Able to work daily on EST time zone.
