Job Description - Sr. Product Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a highly strategic, customer first, data driven Product marketer, to help develop new marketing strategies for Adobe’s flagship product – Photoshop. We have an opportunity to massively grow the number of enthusiasts and professionals who use Photoshop to bring their creative vision to life. You will build the E2E annual/ quarterly marketing strategy and partner with the Brand Marketing Team to develop and implement marketing strategies. You will have budget ownership for the category. This is a Global role and you will work closely with the regional teams to ensure global alignment on overall strategy (including social, community, events, partnerships, etc…).
What You’ll Do

Drive quarterly briefing on Ps Marketing strategy to our Global Marketing partners.
Leverage customer insights, social listening and marketing performance to drive product feedback loop and marketing optimizations
Responsible for reporting on category marketing performance (all surfaces: community, owned, paid, in-app)
Maintain and evolve Ps evergreen messaging grounded in customer and product truth
Define qual/ quant messaging test and learn plan for moment/ campaign marketing.
Be responsible for the category Marketing Budget and provide feedback on Go to market plans including creative and media plans.
Desired Skills and Experience

Product Marketing and Marketing Strategy expertise. Distinctive track record of developing marketing strategy and influencing decisions w/insights and data-backed recommendations. Strong background in consumer insights development and proven track record to match business needs with consumer insights to deliver marketing campaigns.
Ecommerce experience. Has led integrated marketing at an ecommerce company and strong experience attributing full funnel marketing activation to online sales as well as mapping out seamless buyer journeys.
Analytical and data driven. Demonstrates ability to identify, analyze, and craft data into a compelling narrative to advise recommendations. Able to tell the business story in the content of the full-funnel marketing performance, working with other teams when needed to capture and assess data.
Bias for action. Has led substantial end-to-end initiatives, working with multiple partner teams to gather input and formulate strategy, influence senior decision makers, take action, and drive measurable results in an ambiguous, fluid environment.
Customer centric. Deeply empathizes and understands customer needs and solutions, including understanding how our products and those of competitors are positioned. Track record for developing audience-minded content that drives desired outcomes via modern mediums.
Qualifications

8+ years of experience in marketing – mix of Product Marketing and Marketing Strategy in-house or consulting firm, CPG, Ecommerce preferred.
BS/BA degree required. MBA and/or Management Consulting experience preferred.
Exceptional leadership skills; thrives working in a highly matrixed organization.
Excellent written and verbal communication, w/close attention paid to detail.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $100,100 -- $206,400 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
