Product Marketing is responsible for developing crisp, highly differentiated, and compelling positioning and messaging for AWS and its services. We are looking for an experienced senior product marketing leader to join the Business Analytics Product Marketing team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to create messaging, positioning, and content for our Business Intelligence service, Amazon QuickSight. Working closely with product management, you will own the marketing strategy and work with other AWS marketing teams to execute on that strategy.
This position has strong preference to sit in Seattle, WA; open to Portland, OR and San Jose, CA. Relocation offered to these locations only from within the US only.
Key job responsibilities - Own messaging and positioning of Generative BI capabilities for Amazon QuickSight. - Test and refine new marketing approaches and channels to reach and engage key audiences - Craft and develop compelling audience and initiative specific messages and tools (product videos, collateral specific to different audiences or campaigns, demos, presentations, how to guides, etc.) - Develop market and competitive intelligence expertise that can inform messaging - Build and maintain strong relationships with product management, GTM, partner, and program teams to drive co-marketing and distill key functionality and benefits into core product marketing messages Identify and execute on product marketing activities that reach target audiences effectively - Develop and be accountable for account, industry, and partner marketing campaigns, working with the appropriate teams - Communicate customer requirements and provide input to product management on product enhancements and future product direction. - Work effectively across AWS with groups including sales, business development, and evangelists to achieve business goals.
About the team AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector. The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success. AWS Support also partners with a global list of customers that are building mission-critical applications on top of AWS services.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $114,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
