Salary Range: $18.00 - 22.40  per hour

Role Purpose Statement

The Senior Production Control Coordinator provides advanced administrative and operational support to the Production Control department. This role serves as a key liaison between internal teams and external partners, ensuring accurate data flow, timely updates, and seamless communication across stakeholders. The coordinator plays an essential role in maintaining data integrity, driving process improvements, and supporting daily operational needs.

 

 

Location- Near Orlando International Airport

Schedule: 6:00 AM 

Main Accountabilities


  • Update manning daily – if there are open spots inform manager of needs and close loop.

  • Update VPS as needed based on current trends.

  • Support the department with maintenance and distribution of production documents and other operational paperwork; VPS’s, Finish Good inventory, etc.

  • Initiate download data as contingency back up person.

  • Initiate changes on the production floor or VPSs as needed to support the ever-changing priorities.

  • Finalize reconciliation of Finish Good with management.

  • Maintain GMP’s and daily BRC standards within compliance

  • Compile document package at “Opening and COB” for each day, to include but not limited to the TOD’s, and confirmations, etc.

  • Ensure pre-printed labels are ready for the next day’s production within compliance regulations.

  • Roll call using the daily manning

  • Assess start up and throughout the day to ensure the correct amount of personnel

  • Assure lines are following the VPS’s.

  • Follow up with leads throughout the day on gold standards.

  • Assist in work loading process.

  • Support closing of the room once production has been completed. To include, but not limited to, knife log closure, follow up on runners with dating and FIFO of raw materials going back in the cooler, final walk through of the floor to ensure all raw materials have been stored properly, etc.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

•    Demonstrated ability to lead others
•    Ability to be a team member, but can work independently without close supervision
•    Excellent planning and organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
•    Very strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
•    Experience implementing Lean principles in a data management environment
•    Thorough and detail oriented approach to tasks
•    Strong computer skills to include MS Office products (Excel, Word and Access)3-5 years of administrative experienceStrong sense of urgency and problem solving skillsBasic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiply, and divide)
•    Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
•    Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail in a high stress environment
•    Knowledge of airline specific database systems (i.e. CBASE, Airvision, Flying Together)
•    High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
