Sr. Program Manager, WW Benchmarking and Sols -GSC

The Senior Program Manager position involves managing and leading the Benchmarking and Solutions program within the Traditional NonSort Network (TNS) in the United States. This role requires at least 5 years of program or project management experience, with a strong emphasis on using data and metrics for driving improvements. The Senior Program Manager will play a crucial role in defining and executing analytical processes to analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for operations networks. The role's responsibilities include setting benchmark rates, providing business insights, establishing standards, ensuring training on standards, and conducting audits. The role involves collaboration with various stakeholders, including Operations Leadership, Finance leaders, and Process Engineering support teams.

Candidates for this position should have a minimum of 3 years of experience related to FCs' operations, such as on -field FCs, ACES, Process Engineer, or finance for Ops. Additionally, experience with data modeling, warehousing, ETL pipelines, SQL, and a functional programming language (Python, Scala, Kotlin, or other) is required.
