This role sits at the center of execution.\n\nYou will be responsible for keeping complex, cross-functional initiatives moving \u2014 across product, engineering, legal/licensing, and external partners \u2014 while maintaining clarity, momentum, and accountability. We\u2019re an AI-forward team and you\u2019ll have the same curiosity and commitment to building using the best AI tools and fastest, most efficient workflows.\n\n## What You Will do as a Project Manager:\n\n## Drive Cross-Functional Execution\n\n * Own timelines, milestones, and dependencies across product and engineering workstreams\n * Translate product strategy into clear execution plans and operating rhythms\n * Surface risks early and drive resolution before they become problems\n\n\n\n## Be the Operational Backbone\n\n * Run weekly planning, standups, and cross-team syncs with purpose and follow-through\n * Maintain a single, trusted view of project status, priorities, and decisions\n * Ensure documentation, decisions, and next steps are captured and accessible\n\n\n\n## Coordinate Beyond Product \u0026 Engineering\n\n * Track and support external relationships (partners, licensors, vendors)\n * Help manage licensing and partnership workflows alongside legal and business leads\n * Follow up on commitments and ensure nothing drops between teams\n\n\n\n## Support Leadership\n\n * Provide clear, concise updates to leadership on progress, risks, and tradeoffs\n * Help leadership stay focused on decisions rather than chasing execution\n * Act as an early warning system when scope, timelines, or resources are misaligned\n\n\n\n## What You Will Bring:\n\n * 4\u20137 years in project management, program management, operations, or similar roles\n * Experience working closely with product and engineering teams\n * Comfort operating in fast paced, ambiguous environments\n * Strong systems thinker \u2014 can hold many threads at once\n * Clear communicator who can work across technical and non-technical partners\n * Highly organized, diligent, and relentless about follow-through\n * Able to drive momentum without formal authority\n\n\n\nWe are an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action Employer\n\nHasbro is committed to equality of opportunity in all aspects of employment. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location and market conditions.
