Your Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate all aspects of commercial construction projects from start to finish


• Manage project costs, contracts, billing, schedules, and risk to ensure successful project outcomes


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, efficiency, and company growth


• Lead, mentor, and develop Project Engineers, Project Managers, and Superintendents


• Foster a culture of safety, accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement


• Identify opportunities for increased profitability and operational improvement


• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project partners


• Represent HC Company professionally and proactively pursue opportunities that support company growth


• Oversee project execution to ensure alignment with company standards, schedules, and client expectations

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred


• Proven success managing commercial construction projects and teams


• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills


• Experience managing budgets, contracts, schedules, and project risk


• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite


• Ability to lead multiple projects and teams in a fast-paced environment
