Sr. Project Manager

Job Summary:
The Sr. Project Manager, Enterprise Analytics manages complex, high-priority analytics and data platform projects for UVM Health from initiation through delivery. This role provides senior-level oversight of project risk, stakeholder coordination, and timeline management. The Sr. Project Manager develops processes and artifact templates for effective project tracking and identification of risks and issues, and supports and mentors analysts and other staff with their project tracking needs for smaller initiatives.

Education:
•    Bachelor's degree required.
•    PMP certification strongly preferred.

Experience:
•    5+ years of project management experience focusing on complex, multi-stakeholder technology or analytics projects.
•    Healthcare experience strongly preferred.
•    Experience managing projects involving Epic, data platforms, or analytics systems preferred.
•    Experience working in agile product delivery preferred.
