Job Description - Sr Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional transformation programs

Align projects to strategic priorities

Coach teams on CI methodologies

Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously

Drive accountability across stakeholders

Track ROI and business impact

Present updates to executive leadership

Ensure long-term sustainability of improvements

Qualifications

7–10+ years experience in operations or CI

Certified PMP

Proven leadership of large-scale initiatives

Strong executive communication skills

Experience in distribution/logistics preferred

Enterprise-level improvements are realized

Programs deliver measurable ROI

Teams operate with higher discipline and consistency

Leadership has clear visibility into performance

Work Environment

Hybrid with significant field engagement

Salary Range: $120,000 - $140,000
