In this role, you will drive key initiatives involving Organizational Change Management (OCM) for a client Case Management project. Your expertise will facilitate the successful implementation of new systems to support business operations, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with all stakeholders. Accountabilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive OCM project schedule.
- Conduct baseline assessments and gap analyses to inform project objectives.
- Facilitate messaging and communication strategies for stakeholders.
- Implement effective change management plans, including training and support.
- Measure and evaluate the success of change initiatives through established metrics.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of extensive experience in Project Management principles.
- At least 3 years of lead experience in Project Management roles.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field; additional experience can substitute education.
- Valid Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.
- 3 years of experience applying OCM methodologies in IT projects.
