Key PM & BA Skills/Experience:

• Define and manage a global project plan, project team, and key stakeholders
• Experience with developing Project Plans in Smartsheets (or Microsoft Project) software
• Facilitate project status/steering calls, manage RAID logs and produce recurring project status reporting
• Follow the MB SCIS Project Management Framework and Stage Gate processes - this is overall Project Activity, process, and management approval checkpoints. Putting together Project Briefs and Business justification.
• Gather information and produce both functional and technical documentation for applications and processes across the end-to-end supply chain (inbound, in storage and outbound) for all Global markets, including
  • Data Sources
  • Data Formats
  • Data Flow documentation
  • Business Process Flow documentation
  • Data Mapping documentation
  • Original system requirements
• Work with Technical Team members to create technical specifications for Data Engineers/Developer
• Knowledge of Supply Chain business functionality (Inventory management, ordering, moving product from Warehouse to a restaurant or retail environment. etc.)
• Experienced in working in Data Warehouse/Data Lake, Data Analytics and Reporting environment.
• Important to have good communication skills, ability to work independently but also work business and technical people from around the world and gather functional requirements and information from remote sources systems. Define overall project work activities for you and other team members.

PM Project Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Initiation:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and budgets.
• Conduct project kick-off meetings to communicate project objectives and expectations.

Resource Management:

• Monitor and manage resource allocation throughout the project lifecycle.

Project Execution:

• Lead project teams in executing project tasks and activities according to the project plan.
• Ensure that project milestones are met and that the project stays on track.
• Resolve project-related issues and conflicts as they arise.

Risk Management:

• Identify and assess project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor and manage risks throughout the project to minimize their impact on project delivery.

Quality Assurance:

• Establish and enforce project quality standards and ensure that deliverables meet these standards.
• Conduct regular quality reviews and inspections.

Client and Stakeholder Communication:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders.
• Provide regular project status updates and reports.
• Address stakeholder concerns and maintain positive relationships.
• management of both internal MB and external stakeholders (McDonald's and software vendors)

Budget Management:

• Provide Mgt with relevant information to ensure effective budget management

Change Management:

• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and budget through a formal change control process.
• Evaluate the impact of changes and communicate these to relevant stakeholders.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and issue logs.
• Generate and distribute regular project reports.

Closure and Evaluation:

• Ensure the orderly closure of projects, including obtaining client acceptance and sign-off.
• Conduct project post-mortems to evaluate project performance and identify lessons learned.
