Sr. Property Accountant

Property
Accountants hold a pivotal responsibility, bridging the gap between financial
management and real estate operations. They ensure the financial health of
properties, oversee budgets, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure
compliance with relevant laws and regulations. 

• Analytical Mind - Be able to track, read and track on monthly financial statements and reports.
  
• Review balance sheets and income statements per property.
  
• Coordinate with property managers to address financial queries and issues
  
• Minimum five years AP & AR experience
  
• Minimum five years of cash management experience
  
• Minimum five years of experience with tax 
  
• Oversee tenant billing and collections, including rent, utilities, and other charges
  
• Administrative duties: be able to manage accounting calendar, make bank deposits as needed, field calls for CFO, oversee reconciliation of bank statements, give customer service to clients.
  
• Attention to detail, with a record of accuracy.
  
• Microsoft 365 experience required
  

• Sage software experience
  
• Real estate experience preferred (not required)
  

Salary:
