Job Title: Sr. Property Claims Adjuster - Fargo, ND & NW Minnesota (Remote)

Location: Remote (Fargo, ND, and surrounding areas, including NW Minnesota)

Salary Range: $74,000 – $95,000/year

Job Type: Full-Time | Regular | Field Work

About the Role:
Join a dynamic field claims team as a Sr. Property Claims Adjuster and make a difference by assisting clients through property claim investigations, evaluations, and settlements. This role combines traditional on-site inspections with innovative tools like drones and virtual claim handling software to provide clients with a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate claims and determine policy coverage.
• Conduct physical/virtual inspections, evaluate damages, and prepare detailed estimates using Xactimate or similar tools.
• Negotiate and settle property claims efficiently.
• Handle claims related to residential and commercial construction damages.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of relevant experience in claims handling, construction, or related fields.
• Knowledge of residential/commercial construction techniques.
• Proficiency in Xactimate, MS Word, and Excel.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to travel for on-site inspections.
• Ability to lift, carry, and climb ladders (up to 50 pounds).
• Part 107 drone license required (must be obtained within 5 months of hire).
• Adjuster licensing as required by state regulations.
