• Manages the end-to-end executive candidate experience and hiring process, while demonstrating business unit proficiency.
• Leads intake strategy calls and debrief sessions with executive business unit leaders.
• Secure the right talent for growth, by reviewing resumes and conducting pre-screen interviews, including dispositioning candidates in a timely manner, using your discretion for internal candidates.
• Coordinates meetings with candidates, Compensation, and HR stakeholders.
• Evaluates, extends and negotiates executive employment offers to selected candidates.

• Proficient user of recruiting software and applicant tracking systems - Workday.
• Engages proactively with talent markets to attract applicants through a variety of sources and activities.

• Identifies and recommends opportunities to enhance a diverse workforce through recruitment programs and strategic pipelines.
• Stays abreast of and knowledgeable about recruiting best practices, employment law, and compliance factors.
• Meets recruiting performance scorecard metrics.
• Executes complex sourcing strategies by leveraging employee referrals, LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday and Boolean searches
• Adapts to support and manage change management.
• Innovates and simplifies to improve high-priority HR processes and controls, by identifying and recommending enhancements.

• Advises hiring managers on recruiting best practices, leverage talent market data to create effective hiring strategies, and communicate external and internal market drivers.

• Mentors/coaches new recruiters.

Minimum Requirements

• Education: H.S. Diploma, Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 5+ yrs full lifecycle recruiting
• 3+ yrs Executive recruitment
• Ability to manage a minimun of 8+ reqs
