- Manages the end-to-end executive candidate experience and hiring process, while demonstrating business unit proficiency.
- Leads intake strategy calls and debrief sessions with executive business unit leaders.
- Secure the right talent for growth, by reviewing resumes and conducting pre-screen interviews, including dispositioning candidates in a timely manner, using your discretion for internal candidates.
- Coordinates meetings with candidates, Compensation, and HR stakeholders.
- Evaluates, extends and negotiates executive employment offers to selected candidates.

- Meets recruiting performance scorecard metrics.
- Executes complex sourcing strategies by leveraging employee referrals, LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday and Boolean searches
- Adapts to support and manage change management.
- Innovates and simplifies to improve high-priority HR processes and controls, by identifying and recommending enhancements.

Minimum Requirements
- Education: H.S. Diploma, Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 5+ yrs full lifecycle recruiting
- 3+ yrs Executive recruitment
- Ability to manage a minimun of 8+ reqs
