Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring all aspects of the project are executed on time and within the specified budget. Manage a small CAPEX budget of at least $5M USD. Provide technical guidance and ensure all engineering designs and specifications meet the required standards. Coordinate and manage teams of contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution. Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure all project requirements and updates are communicated clearly. Identify potential risks and technical issues, developing solutions to ensure the project's success. Ensure the project meets industry standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements. Maintain accurate records of progress, changes, and decisions made throughout the project. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering or related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in project engineering or maintenance engineering in a manufacturing environment Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve issues quickly. Strong understanding of engineering principles and project management tools. Ability to clearly communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Experience in managing or overseeing engineering projects, including knowledge of construction processes, project management, and design standards.
