In this role, you will lead the global sales organization and drive significant revenue growth through innovative sales strategies. Accountabilities
- Own and execute the global sales strategy, accountable for revenue and growth targets.
- Lead, develop, and scale a globally distributed sales organization.
- Drive alignment and consistency across regional sales teams.
- Build scalable sales processes for various revenue models.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Finance, and Professional Services.
- Ensure pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and performance reporting.
- Monitor key performance metrics to refine strategy and improve efficiency.
- Hire, coach, and develop sales leaders and account executives.
- Drive consistent go-to-market execution while addressing regional nuances.
Requirements
- 10+ years of sales experience, with 5+ years in senior sales leadership roles.
- Proven expertise in scaling revenue across SaaS subscription and professional services.
- Successful track record in leading global sales teams across diverse regions.
- Experience transforming international revenue organizations in high-growth environments.
- Deep understanding of complex B2B sales cycles and methodologies.
- High emotional intelligence and adaptability.
- Strong analytical capabilities with a data-driven approach.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and sales enablement tools.
- Exceptional leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
